1. Introduction

Welcome to Serenity Elite Cleaning Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our cleaning services and website at https://serenityelite.co.uk/. 2. Service Booking and Charges

2.1. Service Charge
A non-refundable service charge of £50 is applicable to all bookings. This charge is applied for each service request and is required to confirm your booking. The service charge is non-refundable unless we cancel your booking (see Section 2.3).

2.2. Deposit
A 30% deposit is required before the cleaning service is provided. This deposit ensures your booking and is calculated based on the total cost of the cleaning service. 

2.3. Service Charge Refunds
The £50 service charge is non-refundable unless specific circumstances apply:

If we cancel your booked cleaning service for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of the service charge.
If you cancel the booking, the service charge is non-refundable, even if our colleague arrives at your premises and you decide not to proceed with the cleaning service.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when booking our services. Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect our ability to provide services as agreed.

3.2. Access to Premises
You are responsible for providing our cleaning team with access to your premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access your premises due to lack of access or other customer-related reasons, the service charge is non-refundable.

3.3. Parking Arrangements
It is your responsibility to provide a parking spot for our cleaning team during the scheduled service. If a parking fee is required, you are responsible for covering this cost. Please inform us in advance about any specific parking arrangements or restrictions.

3.4. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable service charge.

4. Our Services

4.1. Scope of Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in accordance with your booking specifications. Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing.

4.2. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if we encounter unsafe conditions, illegal activities, or behavior that jeopardizes the safety and well-being of our staff.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Payment Methods
Payment for our services can be made via credit card, debit card, Paypal, Link or other accepted methods. The 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.

5.2. Late Payments
If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 2% per month until payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. General Limitations
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning service in question.

6.2. Exclusions
We are not responsible for damage caused by existing conditions in your premises, such as structural issues, pre-existing damage, or items that are fragile or improperly secured.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
